Using this website, placing an order, or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We sell only for delivery within India, and only for personal or ordinary business use — not for resale.

We sell new, sealed, first-party smartphones. Specifications, images and descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer. We take care to present them accurately, but manufacturers change specifications without notice, and colours vary between screens.

Listing a product is not a guarantee that it is in stock. If we cannot fulfil an order after accepting it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the price shown at the moment you place your order, as recorded in our own systems.

Prices can change without notice. If a genuine pricing error means an item was listed at a price obviously lower than its real value, we may cancel the order rather than fulfil it — we will contact you first and refund you in full. We will not use this clause to escape an ordinary discount we chose to offer.

Where no-cost EMI is offered, the monthly figure shown is indicative and depends on your card issuer approving the transaction. The EMI arrangement is between you and your bank. Interest, processing fees and foreclosure charges are set by your bank, not by us. We are not responsible for a bank declining an EMI application.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and it is accepted in our systems. We may decline an order — for example where stock has run out, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our shipping policy for detail.

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer’s authorised service centres under their terms. We will help you make a claim, but we are not the warranty provider and cannot vary the manufacturer’s terms.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

We are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or loss of business. Subject to applicable law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. Material changes will be notified on this page with a new “last updated” date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach a consumer forum where the law allows.
