Raising a grievance
If something has gone wrong and the desk above has not resolved it, escalate to our Grievance Officer. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 we acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
We will never ask you for a payment credential. Not your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password — not by phone, email or message. Anyone asking for those while claiming to be us is committing fraud. Hang up and contact the support desk above.
