Vinit Mobile Limited, at Plot no. 358, Ground, 1st & 2nd Floor, Gopal Nagar, Bamroli Althan Expressway, Pandesara, Surat — 394221, Gujarat, India, decides how and why your personal data is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

When you place an order we collect:

• your name;
• your mobile number;
• your email address, if you give one — it is optional;
• your delivery address;
• what you ordered, and what it cost.

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own systems. We never see those details, and we will never ask you for them — not by phone, not by email, not by message. Anyone who does is not us.

Your browser also sends us ordinary technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — which we use to keep the site working and to detect abuse.

• To fulfil your order — we cannot deliver a phone without a name, a number and an address. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To support you — answering questions, handling returns and warranty claims.
• To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records, which we must keep for a period set by law.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To send you offers — only if you have asked us to. You can stop these at any time and it will not affect your orders.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed, with:

• Courier partners — your name, address and mobile number, so they can deliver to you.
• Our payment provider — so your payment can be taken and refunds issued.
• Manufacturers and service centres — where you ask us to help with a warranty claim.
• Authorities — where the law requires it.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. If you ask us to erase your data, we will do so except where we are legally required to retain a record — in which case we keep only that record, and nothing more.

Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. Our order records are not publicly addressable, and an order can only be viewed through the private link issued when it was placed. We do not use sequential, guessable order links.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and who we shared it with;
• correct or complete anything inaccurate;
• erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

Write to our Grievance Officer below. We will respond within the period the law allows. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

We use only what the site needs to function — remembering your cart and your saved items, which are stored in your own browser and never sent to us. [To be updated if analytics or advertising tools are added].
